Operations Supervisor - Chinese

• Formulate accounts receivable management strategies, establish relevant process systems, and drive the launch of corresponding system functions.
• Take full charge of accounts receivable management information systems and platform tools. Continuously optimize workflows and improve efficiency in line with corporate requirements and actual business scenarios.
• Build the reporting system for accounts receivable management to ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive delivery of real-time data.
• Conduct operational analysis on accounts receivable, monitor fluctuations of post-loan overdue indicators in real time, identify operational risks and conduct multi-dimensional root cause analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance or related fields.
