We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Supervisor with strong SAP knowledge and proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment. This role requires a leader who can multitask, mentor, and drive performance while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse functions. You’ll manage labor, equipment, orders, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Use SAP and WMS tools to track performance, manage inventory, and ensure data accuracy across all processes.
• Mentor and develop associates, providing coaching and training to build skill sets and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate labor and resources to meet operational demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
