Role overview 

You will be responsible for supervising day to day operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient and a high quality service is being delivered. This role has a focus on leading frontline teams, managing labour resources, meeting customer KPI's and SLA's whilst supporting effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
