As a key member of the WW management team, you will support the General Manager and Operations Manager in our fast-paced Vehicle Processing Center.
Job Description
This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
He or she will work closely to Operation's Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
He or she will support Operation's Manager to manage all new requirements from FORD VPC customer and FORD Quality department.
This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.
Focused on created best practices to accomplish financial objectives.
