Operations Specialist

Responsibilities：

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts and unit inventory, including tracking usage and ensuring data integrity in internal systems.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including monitoring local and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all inventory and procurement transactions are properly documented and updated in internal systems (e.g., GSP, work orders, customer inquiries).
• Support procurement activities by coordinating the purchase of spare parts and services, and reviewing service-related expenses for accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately process customer orders and quotations (C4), ensuring alignment with contract terms and maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant teams to meet customer delivery and shipping requirements.
