Key Responsibilities

+ Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently

+ Verify insurance information and ensure proper documentation is complete for billing

+ Review prescriptions and supporting chart notes; follow up with physicians as needed

+ Provide direct patient support, including OTC sales of medical equipment and accessories

+ Dispense equipment such as walkers, bath safety items, mobility aids, and orthopedic supports
