JOB PURPOSE

To meet and exceed quality objectives by improving the import and export clearance lead time.

To meet the cut off time for export shipment by releasing to port authority.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Major Activities

• Prepare and submit customs declaration forms and carry out export/import operation activities efficiently and to satisfactory completion.
• liaise with shipping agent, port authority, licensing authority and customer for releasing of export/import consignment.
• Arrange with trucking department, truckers or hauliers for collection/deliveries of export/import consignment.
• Sort out all relevant documents and attachments properly after completion of clearance to customers or to billing personnel.
• Monitor promptly deliveries/pick‑up to customers and ensure objectives are met.
• Attend LCL cargo loading at different CFS warehouse.
