Job Description:

Receive review, and process inquiry or shipping instruction from customer/sales/overseas

Checking cargo data and CIPL for both international and domestic shipment

Arrange moda transportation and communication with vendor

Direct monitoring for loading/unloading cargo for every shipment

Ensure every loading/unloading are conducted safely and according to customer and Indonesia’s law and regulations

Provide daily report to customers and do daily monitoring with communication with vendor.

For Liquid shipment from Halliburton: do coordination with vendor, surveyor, field team at port of loading, field team at port of discharge, and give report to Halliburton

Direct monitoring for all activity in field for Halliburton’s liquid shipment.
