Operations Senior Supervisor, Refinery - Day Shift

About This Opportunity

Cenovus is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Senior Supervisor to lead refinery operations and drive safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible performance. Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, this role is accountable for leading a high-performing team of operators, executing daily and weekly operational plans, and ensuring disciplined control of work across critical refinery units. This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area. The role is full‑time, working 12 hours 7 days on, 7 days off, day shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Champion health, safety, and environmental excellence, ensuring compliance and driving a culture focused on zero incidents and environmental harm.
• Lead and manage refinery Operations personnel to achieve daily and weekly production targets, including prioritization and execution of work activities.
