Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for corporate clients, handling documentation and reporting. Supervise waste collection & reverse logistics operations PAN-India, optimizing transportation and processing. Conduct research on advanced recycling technologies to enhance material recovery rates. Lead a team of 15+ employees and 30+ laborers, ensuring smooth workflow and plant operations. Collaborate with corporate clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders for business expansion. Drive CSR initiatives, awareness programs, and collection drives to promote sustainable e-waste disposal. Implement process improvements and data-driven decision-making strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
