Responsibilities

• Independently manage import and export shipments by air freight and road transport
• Obtain and verify the necessary export documentation
• Prepare air freight documentation
• Handle electronic customs clearance procedures
• Book shipments with airlines
• Inspect and label shipments
• Manage the return process for reusable packaging
• Participate in internal and external training programs
• Ensure that tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in a cost‑effective manner
• Report deviations, issues, and delays
• Execute transportation in the safest, fastest, and most efficient way possible
• Comply with management instructions and customer requirements
• Ensure smooth information flow and effective coordination
