We’re looking for a hands-on Project & Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing plant operations, customer coordination, production planning, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
• Oversee shop drawings, project documentation, and change orders
• Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively
• Supervise daily plant operations, including machine shop, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
• Support purchasing, material planning, and production scheduling
• Maintain safe and efficient operational processes and procedures
