Operations Program Specialist II

**Job Description**
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

The role of the Ops Specialist II is to help oversee and manage the programs/projects within Operations responsibility. He/she serves as the liaison amongst the various functional groups within Operations and as the single POC between Operations as a whole and the balance of the company. This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production.
