Amazon Japan's EasyShip program enables third-party sellers to leverage Amazon's logistics network for fast, reliable delivery to customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Operations Program Manager to support the end-to-end operational planning and execution of EasyShip's First Mile pickup and delivery network in Japan.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical operational processes, including master data management, demand forecasting validation, route planning, and capacity configuration that directly impact thousands of sellers and millions of customer deliveries. You will work cross-functionally with planning, transportation, and seller-facing teams to ensure seamless daily execution and continuous improvement of our logistics operations.
