• sBased in Latin America. Candidates should be within approximately 3 hours of Pacific Time
• .Fluent English, written and spoken
• .5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support
• .Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving operating environment
• .Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows
• .Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without heavy direction
