Operations Production Leader (Altamira)

Location: Altamira Tamaulipas, TAM, MX
Position Summary
Plan, coordinate, and verify the internal production program to ensure compliance with the production plan provided by the central planner.
Coordinate in conjunction with the maintenance supervisor the intervention of equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance in shutdowns.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with safety and process requirements in the production equipment to safeguard personnel, infrastructure, equipment, and product.
Coordinate with the central planner the internal production program for the Altamira plant to have a sequence that optimizes operation time of all production lines.
Provide support in the definition of necessary adjustments to generate prime material and in compliance with product and customer requirements, including color adjustments.
Visualize the available spaces on site to determine the feasibility of production to boxes and hoppers...
