You will map processes, document what exists, and engage with the wider teams to design what’s next. You will be empowered to challenge the status‑quo, and shape the future of our operations.

Company‑wide Scope

You will be in a unique position to learn in depth how Climeworks is structured as a business, covering all business units, functions and departments. You will be involved in discussions involving each of our end‑to‑end value streams, gaining an extensive oversight of all activities in Climeworks.
