As an Operations Principal you are a versatile, self-driven, proactive and hands‑on leader. You oversee the Services organization in several regions, and manage one or more operations managers. Your overall assignment is to develop and implement processes & methods to secure systematic successful operations within Services.

You are both strategic and hands‑on and have extensive experience in managing operations in a fast‑changing international company, so you understand the need to deliver and how trustful relationships make this work. You are passionate about Operations and you are a people manager that understands that only with the best people you will create outstanding results.
