The role:
Provide excellent customer service in line with our departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.Coordinate Preventative maintenance and breakdown visits utilising our planning software.Sourcing and requesting appropriate resource for the job, engineers, plant etc.Placing orders to suppliers and chasing when applicableOrganising despatch of parts for delivery or collection.Maintain customers’ records.Deal with customer queries professionally and efficiently.Assisting with the contract renewal processTaking ownership of jobs and seeing through to completionUpdating our software systemsTrack and manage costs on jobs.Any other duties as reasonably required.
