About Us

The Buzz Nelson is an innovative, inclusive organisation supporting intellectually disabled & neurodiverse young people to live full and meaningful lives in their community. We provide work‑based skills to prepare them for work. We focus on participation, contribution, confidence building and wellbeing, and collaborate with Nelson Foodbank, Restore & other organisations to provide practical work skills.

About the Role

This role is part of our employment inclusion initiative to support intellectually disabled & neurodiverse young people aged 16–30 years to access work and volunteering opportunities in Whakatū/Nelson/Tasman. We are looking for an amazing, self‑motivated Operations & Outreach Coordinator to work alongside Buzz young people and volunteer organisations to broker inclusive job opportunities.
