About the RoleThe Operations Manager / Production Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the operation, including industrial maintenance, warehouse, and production control areas. This position is 100% onsite at our Health & Medical plant in Yumbo, Valle de Cauca, reporting directly to the Site Manager.

• Act as a role model for Safety and Essity values, behaviors, and beliefs.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement management systems and operational standards.
• Lead the Autonomous Maintenance pillar, strengthening organizational capability.
• Own operational results (SQCDM) and ensure performance targets are met.
