Operations Manager

Eaton’s D-IT Division is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our teamn in Worcester, MA.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing, directing, planning and coordinating (through Manufacturing Supervisors & Team Leads) the manufacturing activities of both feeder and assembly sections in order to meet plant objectives, and sales goals.

You will manage, direct, plan and coordinate (through Manufacturing Supervisors & Team Leads) the manufacturing activities of both feeder and assembly sections in order to meet plant objectives, and sales goals.
