ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead and manage the daily VAS/VAD operation to ensure all customer requirements are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements.

Plan and oversee staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, and workload distribution to support operational demands while maintaining productivity and cost efficiency.

Drive operational performance and profitability through effective labor management, resource utilization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Partner with warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure alignment, communication, and seamless execution of customer requirements.
