Operations Manager (Travel & Expense)

What to do?

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Travel & Expense (T&E) operations SLA adherence, policy compliance, audit readiness, stakeholder satisfaction, and people excellence.

Who are we looking for?

• With at least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations, with strong exposure to Expense / T&E / PTP processes.
• Experience working in BPM / Shared Services / Global Delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country, client-facing operations.
• Strong domain knowledge of Travel & Expense policies, audits, reimbursements, and compliance controls.
• Exposure to ERP and expense management platforms (SAP, Oracle, Concur, audit tools).
• Must be willing to work onsite/GY in BGC, Taguig.
