Operations Manager

As a Manufacturing Manager you’ll be leading Joining System & Solutions (JSS) business & organizations in Taiwan. You’ll get to:

+ 制定廠部門年度工作目標、工作計畫與年度預算
+ Develop annual goals, plans and annual budgets
+ 制定部屬年度培訓計畫、工作目標及工作計畫
+ Develop annual training plans, goals and plans for subordinates
+ 制定及定期審定廠部門職能、組織架構及各級機構的職等與職位職責。
+ Formulate and regularly review departmental functions, organizational structure, grade levels and job responsibilities at all levels of organization.
+ 制定並完善廠部績效考核管理規定。
+ Develop and improve performance regulations.
+ 負責廠房規劃及生產部佈局。
+ Responsible for factory planning and production layout.
+ 審批產能建置申請。
+ Review and approve production capacity construction applications.
+ 審核、核准生產部管理文件。
+ Review and approve production management documents.
+ 培訓直接下屬。
+ Train direct reports.
+ 審核生產排程、請購單、發行月度產能報告。
+ Review production schedules, purchase requisitions, and issue monthly capacity reports.
