Your Contribution
• Promotes the long-term development of the site and proactively contributes to the development of the site strategy.
• Cooperates closely with the SBF (Special Business Field) Head, Product Management, and Sales to implement operation strategies and innovation roadmaps.
• Ensures alignment of the site with SCHOTT’s vision, mission, strategy, and values.
• Ensures compliance with the SCHOTT Code of Conduct, as well as other internal policies, standards, and regulations.
• Represents the site locally, acting together with the Managing Director as a key contact for local authorities, institutions, and employees on site. Ensures effective and positive cooperation with employee representatives, such as works councils or unions.
