Operations Manager – Remote (South Africa)

We are recruiting for a fast-growing UK short-term rental business managing ~400+ properties, we are seeking a
proactive Operations Manager
to lead day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:

• Lead a remote team of Operations Coordinators, VAs, Client Success Managers across South Africa and the Philippines
• Oversee guest communications, property maintenance, check-ins/cleaning, and stock management
• Implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and improve operational workflows
• Build strong relationships with corporate agents and relocation partners
• Report directly to the Director with actionable operational insights

Who you are:

• Experienced in short-term rental operations (Airbnb, , etc.)
• Skilled at managing remote teams and improving processes
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and autonomous
• Tech-savvy, organized, and guest-focused
