OPERATIONS MANAGER

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To lead the Engineering & Production team for overall production delivery of Roadm products.
• To supervise and maintain production line in proper order, following procedures and control plan all the time.
• To execute production build plans & activities according to timeline.
• To participate to continuously monitor and improve the product line processes & quality.
• To provide the necessary support and coordination to pilot build of new products for timely completion.
• Identify, quantify and report any quality problem with materials and / or processes for seeking solution from the team.
• To drive relevant counterparts (e.g. Main Store, Finished Good & etc) for timely kitting and completion of jobs against customer delivery schedule.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
