Job Title: Legal Operations Manager (Hybrid after 90 days on-site)

Location: Seattle, Washington

Salary: $90,000-$115,000 + annual bonus

LHH is working with a client in Seattle who is seeking a Legal Operations Manager with a background in HR to manage legal staff workflow, handle HR tasks such as coaching/mentoring, performance reviews, hiring/firing, legal recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and operational initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Address operational issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
• Perform due diligence on practice- and department-specific software (e-discovery, corporate governance, records management, etc.)
