Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the Operations Manager role for a logistics company based in Rugby, CV23.
The Operations Manager will support the General Manager by taking full responsibility of the operational elements of the site and all the functions/processes that fall under this.
Main duties for the Operations Manager role:
* Ensuring the appropriate level of resource is assigned to each function to cover all shifts across the working week.
* Responsible and accountable for the performance of the Inbound, Outbound, Manual and International processes.
* Responsible for overall shift performance, compliance, client service levels, health and safety, employee engagement.
* Planning for every department of shift; resource, KPI targets and management cover.
* Accountable for sending detailed shift reports, root causing failed KPI’s supported evidence and an action plan to improve.
