Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure a safe and hospitable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance and motivate team to meet service standards
- Set staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage (morning, evening, weekend)
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and equipment is functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints or claims
- Repair and maintain kitchen equipment and oversee equipment upkeep
- Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and evaluate financial performance
- Hire, train, supervise staff and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications
- No degree required; 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory or restaurant experience
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
