Operations Manager

About the role:
As Operations Manager at Whoosh in Puerto Montt, you will lead the full scope of city operations, ensuring daily execution meets performance, safety, and cost-efficiency standards. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, managing both the people and processes that keep our fleet running and our service reliable, while being responsible for warehouse operations, fleet availability, team performance, and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities & duties:
Lead end-to-end city operations, including fleet deployment, maintenance, battery swaps, and warehouse processes.
Ensure operational KPIs are met, including fleet availability, uptime, and cost efficiency.
Manage logistics, route planning, and shift coordination.
Lead and supervise local operational teams, ensuring proper staffing, attendance, and task allocation.
