My client, a specialist manufacturing and assembly business, have a brand new opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to join the team!

Role and Responsibilities – Operations Manager

In this role, you will be a core member of the management team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business's UK HQ. This will mean being responsible for developing and improving all functions related to assembly and manufacturing for the site.

• Management and oversight of; Production, Materials, Planning, Facilities, Continuous Improvement & Logistics
• Setting the vision and objectives for the Operations function whilst motivating, mentoring and coaching colleagues to develop into a high performing team.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to all operational processes to continually drive improvement, reduce waste and increase performance against set objectives.
