Operations Manager

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and manage manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and Inventory (SQDCPI) objectives.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and employee engagement.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, space, and capital resources to maximize operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business growth, New Product Introduction (NPI), capacity expansion, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, leveraging data analytics to drive performance improvements and informed decision‑making.
