Operations Manager (Senior Role)

Reports to: Founder/CEO

Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi (full-time, on-site)

Role Summary:

You will be the first dedicated Operations leader at the organisation. Your mandate is to build the performance tracking backbone that removes the Founder bottleneck and enables 5X growth. In Stage 1 you will manually track every department’s performance in Excel, create trend dashboards, and coach department heads on ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with all department heads and break the current “validate-everything-with-Founder” culture
  

• Co-create and own 2-3 meaningful KPIs per department (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Repair & Claims, Warehouse)
