Ensure accurate analysis of inventory movement, drive process improvements aligned with business growth, and demonstrate expertise in asset recovery.

You will be responsible for…

• Overseeing warehouse operations productivity for optimal inbound, outbound process and quality inspection related to the company’s comprehensive services to customers.
• Building relationships with 3rd party warehouse service providers and Logistics Vendors such as manpower plan, space use plan, and contract renewal.
• Setting and tracking performance of key KPI such as SLA, TAT, and NPS key driver score.
• Establishing OPEX forecast and tracking monthly expense to be aligned with the plan.
