Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager - that will support Starr Risk Solutions Companies’ operations in Mexico City.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire project lifecycle, including, but not limited to, developing test scripts, conducting user acceptance testing, creating user guides, documenting process flows, and providing production support.
• Oversee analytics to support ongoing operational needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure consistency and accuracy for operational reporting.
• Thoroughly understand data fields, identify patterns of data irregularities, and improve data quality and entry.
• Investigate and reconcile account queries and discrepancies, analyze those discrepancies with internal teams, and document the actions necessary for approval and resolution.
