to join our team at the Global Capability Center – Shared Service Center in Buenos Aires.
The role is responsible for planning, leading, and overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance across customer service and operational teams. This position will manage large teams, drive operational efficiency, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure service levels, KPIs, and business objectives are met.
