Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day management, administration and reporting of all distribution activities including planning, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, business metrics, and safety related functions.

The shifts are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm and the salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities.
• Provide clear direction to team members to ensure a high level of effectiveness in Shipping, Warehouse, Operations, and Transportation departments.
• Participate in inventory controls and help conduct quarterly inventory.
• Oversee customer service and store management for Shipping, Warehouse, Operations, and Transportation departments.
