An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a seasonal tourism park in one of Western Australia's most iconic and remote locations.

This role requires a confident, commercially minded leader who can operate independently, oversee multiple departments, and drive both team performance and guest satisfaction.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will have full operational responsibility for a team of approximately 30 staff across:

• Food & Beverage

• Housekeeping

• Front Office

• General park operations

Given the remote nature of the property (nearest main station approximately 30 minutes away), you must be comfortable working autonomously and making sound operational decisions with minimal direction.
