Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-national company with customer experience focus
• At least 3 years in team management experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations process management

Skills and abilities:

• Fluent French and English (speaking/reading/writing) is required...
