As operation manager we offer a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team driving Industrial refrigeration and heat pump project as well as installation operations across Norway. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to standardized project management procedures. As Operations Manager, you will also be a member of the Leadership Group in Norway, collaborating across various business divisions. This position reports to our Installations Director for Industrial Refrigeration in North-West Europe.
