Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 + Benefits

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid with regular travel across services)

Full Time | 37 Hours per Week

A well-established and values-driven care organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and support a portfolio of residential and supported living services across the West Midlands. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee a number of CQC-registered services, providing leadership to Registered Managers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support.
