About the Role
Tsebo Catering Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our Healthwise Inland division. The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietician with strong operational expertise in healthcare catering environments, responsible for strategically managing and overseeing a portfolio of healthcare catering sites across both private and provincial healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities Manage and lead a portfolio of healthcare catering units across the Inland region. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare and food safety standards. Maintain and control budgets, ensuring financial targets are consistently achieved. Drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and quality food service delivery.
