- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- At least 7 years experience in fruit industry in a pack house environment (preferably citrus)
- Knowledge of GlobalGAP, SIZA and Food Safety
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee various departments
- Budgets
- Conduct performance management for staff
- Ensure workforce is optimised
- Adhere to various safety and compliance standards
- Oversee admin and HR
