<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Financial & Regulatory Reporting<br />
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements<br />
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of disclosures and workings<br />
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns<br />
- Manage fund reporting activities and ad hoc client requests<br />
Operational Management & Governance<br />
- Ensure SLAs and regulatory deadlines are met<br />
- Maintain and enhance procedures and controls<br />
- Identify and escalate non-compliance<br />
- Drive process improvements and automation<br />
Stakeholder Management<br />
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders<br />
- Act as escalation point for queries<br />
- Support audits and regulatory inspections<br />
