• £55,000 to £65,000 salary + Company Car
• 40-hour week - Monday to Thursday: 7am to 4pm & Friday: 7am to 2pm

Up Front Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing offsite fabrication business in Coventry that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its production facility and operational performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager who enjoys ownership, structure, and improving how a workshop runs day to day, while playing a key role in the continued growth of a modern offsite construction business.
