💷 Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

✅ Must Haves:
✔️ Strong steel fabrication knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
✔️ Previous management experience within an engineering, manufacturing or fabrication environment
✔️ Experience in estimating, quoting and commercial decision-making
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔️ Commercial awareness with an understanding of costs, margins and profitability
