 As Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our renewable energy facilities, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety. You will work closely with various teams to implement operational strategies and resolve any issues that arise.
 Manage the day-to-day operations of renewable energy sites, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Lead and support operational teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Monitor facility performance, analyze data, and address any operational issues promptly. 
 Required Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management within the renewable energy sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
