Job Description
1. Operations Management Plan, organize, and oversee the Company's daily operations. Coordinate project activities to ensure works are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues promptly. Implement and improve operational procedures and workflows.
2. Project Coordination Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting records where required. Track project milestones, deadlines, variations, and project deliverables. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources.
